Step One: Essentials

CPrint® Essentials is the first stage of the CPrint® program. The purpose is to assure each CPrint® affiliated-company has the essential elements necessary to maintain a stable business. Our goal is to help you implement these Four Essential Modules Within Six Months.

A company’s existing system(s) and procedure(s) may be sufficient to meet the following requirements of any module. If so, the affiliate will more quickly become eligible to advance to our Board program. However, a company may choose to remain in the Essentials program and work with their assigned consultant on an individual basis throughout their CPrint® affiliation. If, on the other hand, deficiencies exist, an action plan is developed to bring the module up to standard in order to stabilize the business.

What are the modules?

1. Finance: standard is to receive accurate and timely monthly financials.

2. Information Technology: standard is to maintain an updated computerized estimating system and a fully functioning and updated website.

3. Organization: standard is to have a defined organization with job functions and reporting authorities so that the General Manager (owner) may work on what’s most important and, further, so that time is available for basic selling activities to take place.

4. Sales: standard is for basic selling activities to be taking place on a weekly basis.

In the Essentials program, you work with your Consultant to get the “essentials” of finance, information technology, organization and sales in place which is vital for this foundation will serve you for your entire business career.

Once an affiliate receives certification that the Essentials are in place, they may choose to move on to the CPrint® Board program.
