The course included instruction in family-based business, finance and budgeting, organization, employment law, personnel testing and profiles, keeping good workers, interviewing and recruiting, wage administration, performance evaluations, the competitive landscape, product/service differentiation and marketing/sales planning. The course is presented by and is open to all affiliates of CPrint® International. The next course is scheduled for June 2014.
