CPrint Essentials

Now all the features of the CPrint International program are available to you without the need for you to leave your shop and without the need to pay travel expenses through the new CPrint Essentials program. How? We do this through the use of the latest Internet technology which cuts your costs.

Fill in our form below and someone will be right with you to answer any questions you may have about this program. Or read on to learn more about this unique program especially designed for companies with less than 5 employees.

We, at CPrint, have “helped printers prosper since 1985” through our unique combination of in-your-shop professional consulting and residential “board” or “performance group” meetings that are held throughout the country (Chicago, Nashville, Jacksonville, Richmond and Oakland). We still do operate this program to this day and have for 30 years now. Some of our affiliates have been with us for 10-20 years.

Now we have developed a program with the same attributes for printing companies with 5 or fewer workers. Participation in this program gives you the same benefits as our residential program but takes advantage of Internet technology to bring specific business consulting as well as connections to other printers just like you. And this is done through the Internet meaning you don’t have to leave your shop nor do you have to pay for travel expenses for us to come to you. It’s the first very affordable program for smaller shops

We start with a thorough analysis of your business: we begin by listening carefully to you: your concerns and your opportunities. Once we understand your position, we analyze your financials, your market, your top customers, your pricing and even interview your workers along with many other things. Once we have collected the pertinent data, we then meet with you to develop your budget and action plan. By having intimate knowledge of your business before we begin budget work, we can be your full partner in helping you create your plan of action which usually is related to achieving more cash, having more time, being better organized and/or planning for transition (retirement).

Then we continue to meet with you in regularly scheduled online meetings to help you move forward. “Things that get done are what the commander looks at,” goes an old Army saying. And while planned things don’t always happen as planned; planned things happen best.

Our business model is simple. You pay us a dime and you often reap a quarter’s worth of value in increase sales, income and/or other value you define (such as help with family members in the business and/or retirement or transition). Why? Because together you’re working “on your business” and not “in your business.”

Time Limited Special Offer: Because this is a new program which has been through our initial testing, we are now ready to take on ten companies in the five or fewer employee range between now and the end of the year (2014).

How much? We will be glad to discuss this special value offer with you. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page or call Pamela Crouser direct at (888) 427-3714.

Features of the program

Accountability: the biggest feature of the CPrint program is personal accountability. We help you develop your plan and budget and then you decide what you want to do. Afterwards we meet periodically as needed to see where we are in relationship to what we were going to do. Adjustments are made, a new plan is developed and then we meet again after an appropriate interval. This alone is one of the most valuable services CPrint offers the harried business owner.

Support: Tom Crouser and everyone on our professional staff is available through telephone, email and Skype to answer questions, give advice and/or commiserate as the need may be.

Business Evaluation: We start the program by doing a full review of your business. This begins with an initial session where we learn of your specific concerns and situation. Then we collect information from you. After the information is collected and analyzed, we then meet in a planning session where you hear our analysis of your business. Then, after we have a grip on your business, we are able to act as full partners with you as we help develop a budget and action plan to achieve your goals. A complete Business Evaluation is accomplished every year you are in the CPrint program. Areas covered include: finance; personnel; operations; and more.

Follow up meetings: these conferences with you and your consultant are conducted periodically based on your plan and need. You decide what you want to do and we help you achieve it.

Board Meetings with Other Printers and Staff: you also meet online with other printers just like you who are facing similar challenges. From this you will receive encouragement, exchange ideas as well as develop bonds with others. Depending on the newness of the cyboard, we meet every sixty days and sometimes more frequently depending on need.

CPrint University: our online training facility comprised of almost 100 separate classes on accounting/finance, management, selling/marketing, leadership, technical, CPrint introduction, recordings of past webinars and Premiere Partner programs.

Employee Policy and Guidelines Assistance: CPrint holds classes that help you in developing guidelines (policies) for workers, makes recommendations as to benefits and assists in creating an employee manual (guidelines). We also assist in helping you find an employment attorney in your area to assist you.

Monthly Budget Follow Up: after a budget is adopted, you send in financials on a monthly basis and we complete a compare and contrast between your actual and your budget.

Sales Training: in addition to skill classes available at CPrint University, we assist you in developing a specific Selling Plan. This plan details what you are selling, to whom you will be selling and, finally, the steps you will take in selling. In addition, all affiliates are tested for Sales Call Reluctance and provided training if needed.

Public Relations/Advertising: an awards program is administered by CPrint for individual achievements in sales and management. Once awarded, we publicize these awards through press releases to your local media as well as on our Facebook page. We then boost any public releases posted on our Facebook page to your local audience. In addition, you are provided with some advertising and promotional items including our RapidRepeat™ and similar programs.

Business Valuation: in helping you plan for retirement, we are able to offer an estimate of your businesses’ worth. These estimates are done without additional cost to each Affiliate.

Resource Documents: while you are a CPrinter, you are provided access to our Gene Pool of ideas and documents including such things as: sample sales commission plans; employee discipline forms; recruiting/interviewing workers; as well as tests and assessments for workers and others. We also poll CPrinters on your behalf for assistance with sources, vendors and more.

All this and more.

Without the need for you to leave your shop.

And without the need for travel expenses on your part or outs.
