Step Two: Board Program

    When an Affiliate has implemented the CPrint® Essentials modules, they may be invited to join one of the many CPrint® National Boards. The biggest difference in this program and Essentials is that here, an affiliate meets with other CPrint® owners twice a year as well as continues to work with their individual consultant.

    Different in this program than industry “peer groups,” is that each owner is applying the CPrint® model to their business. Additionally, each board is supported by a consultant who, most often, is the consultant you have already been working with in the Essentials program.

    Within the CPrint® boards, you will meet owners whose companies are not perfect. Even with the Essentials modules installed, they struggle with issues of sales, production and finance. The biggest difference is, however, the board is dealing more with facts and doesn’t have to reinvent the basic wheel which keeps most “peer groups” drug down by low performers.

    During the twice-yearly meeting, the owners each develop an action plan as well as a budget. They then report to each other as well as their consultant during the interim to keep them on track.

    We only invite CPrint Essentials Affiliates that are ready to take action on moving their business to the next level which is why this is an optional level of our program.

    Boards meet throughout the United States in order that an Affiliate may have easier access and lower costs. Currently boards meet in: Jacksonville, Florida; Chicago (Schaumberg), Illinois; Nashville, Tennessee; Long Beach, California; Denver, Colorado and Richmond, Virginia.
